Researchcare Africa is a research and management consulting firm which delivers responsive technical assistance and highly specialized management solutions across the Horn and Eastern Africa.Â Â Researchcare Africa was formally known as PREMIER RESEARCH CONSULTANCY (PRC) LIMITED.Â To create uniqueness in its business mandate, the name of the organization changed to RESEARCHCARE AFRICA LIMITED without changing its scope.
Researchcare Africa is registered in Kenya and Somalia. We partner with diverse institutions involved in realm of development and humanitarian in addressing their most critical challenges, and enhance their effectiveness and efficiency. Researchcare has a regional office in Nairobi and country office in Mogadishu. The firm has been working in Kenya and Somalia since 2010 and has delivered on the areas of research, assessments, monitoring and evaluation, organizational capacity development, and advisory services.
The day to day activities of Researchcare Africa are undertaken by a multi-disciplinary team of specialists supported by technical staffs strategically based in Nairobi and Mogadishu. Our Dedication to Quality Control
We work with our clients to analyze and respond to their needs and ensure that management and implementation plans meet their expectations. The specific tools that we have developed and use include management and administrative guides, reporting tools and project management practices.
The team employs a participatory management approach and interim progress reports are presented to clients at pre-agreed intervals. Our clients are consulted all the way until we complete our assignments.
We complete our assignments at regular intervals to ensure compliance to the Terms of Reference (TOR) and alignment with the assignmentsâ€™ outcomes and clientâ€™s expectations.
At inception, the team works with client respective staff to develop and agree on the tools, questions and synthesis of the assignments. A communications protocol is agreed that streamlines processes and ensures that stakeholders are provided sufficient notice to meet with the evaluation team.
We employ monitoring and evaluation processes to ensure that our assignments meet expected results. Where divergence is identified, an action plan to remedy deficiencies is immediately developed and implemented.Â A key element of our quality management system is establishing trust and open dialogue with partners and clients. To achieve this, we employ a three-pronged approach that includes consultative reporting, on-going communications and monitoring and evaluation.
