Post distribution assessment for voluntary refugee returnees project in Somalia for the month of April - July 2015

DRC has engaged Researchcare Africa to conduct third party Post Return Assessments (PRA) which are in support of the comprehensive evaluations of the SRC IDP voluntary return program in Middle Shabelle and Hiran Regions. Therefore this report covers data collected from 2014 and 2013 IDP voluntary return beneficiaries for Balcad and Jowhar in Middle Shabelle region and Beletweyn in Hiraan region. A population of 3,029 beneficiaries of both PRA and PDMs during the period of 2013 and 2014 were taken as target population. A sample of 341 beneficiaries was selected for the three regions. In addition, 114 beneficiaries from three regions were selected randomly and interviewed through household survey questionnaire. The purpose of the post returns assessment (PRA) was to assess returnee integration into Village of Origin relative to agreed-upon Return Consortium indicators in the M&E Framework.
