Monitoring is designed to examine the implementation of project(s) that are either on track or require corrections and improvements to achieve desired impact and to assess after closeout the sustainability and how the project has contributed to organizational objectives. Our local experts and monitors are based at the field and can monitor activities for you on a random or regular basis, so the information you need to track progress is at your fingertips. 

 We offer short term and long-term  third party monitoring  focusing on; Data gathering and surveying of beneficiaries, Compliance verifications  missions, and Process  monitoring. All the TPM activities and studies will adopt a combined approach (mixed approach) of both quantitative and qualitative methods.
