Third party monitoring was carried out to provide independent and objective assessment of CARE’s SEFAP project components with regards to quality of the activities being implemented in seven locations within Afmadow and Badhadhe districts. Data collection was done through household surveys, FGDs, KIIs and Desk reviews of secondary information. A total of 300 individuals participated in the household survey. Other stakeholders interviewed included village relief committees and local authority representatives.
