Nexus through Save Somali Women and Children (SSWC) commissioned Research Care Africa to conduct a study that details the progress, successes, challenges, and opportunities for the localization of humanitarian and development action in Somalia/Somaliland. The study used a variety of qualitative data collection methods of desk research, KIIs with select stakeholders and an organizational survey. The Sampling was done through purposive sampling and 31 key informants composed of donors, local, national and international actors were interviewed.
